c notes is a blog that posts notes written to and from cancer patients. The notes are mailed to us, we scan them, then we post them on our site.
How to write a note
You don't need to have cancer in order to write a note to cancer patients. If you are a cancer patient, the note could be to other cancer patients, to caregivers, or a general message to the world.
Your note may be a picture, it may be just words, it may be a mix of both; it's really up to you. Please limit your note to one page. It is optional to include your first name, age, and general location.
